One of the best revelations I have had was when Dale Partridge said the above.
It was an impactful confirmation, because over the years customers have asked, "how do I create a brand for my company that people will want to follow."
I'm not a marketing experts and I do not claim to be. Although, I would say I am quite good at finding solutions and systems which help you develop, grow, and create sustainability.
